Hair salons: the traditional sales channel of DiCO for more than 25 years now. Technical products are mostly sold, as hair salons are as strong as the pharmacies in product reselling to end consumers, but is still one of the strongest channels for haircare products today.
Pharmacies, nail studios, beauty shops: are some of the key channels for cosmetics and personal care products addressing the end-consumer.
B2B and B2C online platforms: DiCO has been a first mover in this segment in Greece, creating and maintaining high quality and user friendly platforms for professional care products addressing the consumer directly. The online shops allow brand building, effectively communicate the product proposition and allowing the consumer to interact with the products.
